Looking to make a difference? Be yourself: silly, smart, courageous, forgiving, reflective — and always rooted in self-love.
I help individuals and organizations grow through mindful productivity, self-love and leadership, and aligned systems. My work blends strategy with soul — drawing on my background in education, leadership, and research while centering well-being every step of the way. I’ve built a fulfilling career that allows me to do meaningful work, travel, and create space for joy, growth, and rest.
As a multi-passionate human, I love stretching myself in new ways. I seek new growth opportunities and I joined Toastmasters International to build my confidence in public speaking. I believe that investing in yourself — whether through learning, rest, or reflection — is the most powerful form of self-love.
My professional background includes:
- Teaching social studies and special education at the middle and high school levels
- Designing and teaching curriculum for adult learners (workforce professional development, ESL adult learners, and teacher training programs)
- Leading leadership projects and events for schools, universities, and nonprofits, collaborating with advisory boards, speakers, and international education programs
And yes, I’m also a researcher. I’ve spent two decades in research, statistics, and data analysis, from my undergraduate thesis at Georgia State University to my time as a researcher at Michigan State University, to completing my doctoral degree in Educational Leadership at Lehigh University. So, I’m a big organization and data nerd.
Degrees:
- B.A. in Economics (minor: Human Geography)
- M.A. in Teaching and Curriculum (focus: Economics of Education & Educational Policy)
- Ed.D. in Educational Leadership (K–12 Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction)
In 2021–2023, I lived in Norway, first as a Fulbright Roving Scholar and then as part of an English curriculum and news team for a digital learning resource company in Norwegian schools. In 2024-2025, I lived in Spain as an English Language Assistant in a primary school. Living abroad taught me resilience, joy, and how much I value building community no matter where I land.
